This site does not contain any contact form, and we do not ask you to create an account. We only receive personal information if you choose to give it to us, for example when you:

• ring the shop on the number listed on the site;
• send us an email using the email button;
• message us through one of our social media pages.

In those cases we hold whatever you send us, which is usually your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

3. Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Embedded third party content, including the Google Map and web fonts, may set cookies or record requests under those providers' own policies.

4. Why we use it

To answer your question, to hold something aside for you if you have asked us to, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where we need to in order to run the business, or where the law requires it. Service providers such as our email and hosting providers may process information on our behalf.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we have a reason to, then delete them.

7. Storage and security

Information is stored on systems operated by reputable providers, which may be located outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

9. Third party services

Google Maps, Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok each operate under their own privacy policies. Following a link from this site takes you outside our control.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here is the current one.
